Journal is created to help you find the love within yourself. We all deserve to be loved and love ourselves. Sometimes we have a hard time letting the love in when we can not love ourselves. The key to this journal is to set aside a couple of minutes each day and work through at least 3 pages of the exercises. You will start with some big exercises, and then as the weeks progress do at least 3 pages each day. At least once a week I highly recommend doing the mirror exercise or one of the exercises I have added through out the journal.
This journal includes pages for you to write down gratitude and your thoughts, exercise to help you with your self love and grow within.
